Prospective or existing entrepreneurs can get help with writing or updating your business plan through the Early Planning Grant (EPG) program managed by the Wisconsin Entrepreneurs' Network (WEN). Under the EPG program, WEN with funding from the Wisconsin Department of Commerce, can provide applicants with a grant to help cover a portion of the cost of hiring an independent third party to develop a comprehensive business plan.
