Fall Festival

Booya Day is now known as the "Fall Festival"

The 54th Annual Booya Day will be held Saturday September 12th, 2009.

City Wide Thrift Sales run from September 10th to the 12th. For more information contact Amy Wellner at 715-206-0251

2009 Booya Day Activities (Tentative)

10:00 am

  • Local Business Sidewalk Sales
  • Craft Vendors
  • Food Vendors (Boy Scouts, Music Group)
  • Bake Sales (St.Joesph’s School)
  • Pony Rides-All Day
  • Chainsaw Carving Demonstration –All Day (By Al and Corrine Luer)
  • Kids Games-Kids Bingo, Pumpkin Painting and More-Located at Citizens State Bank Parking Lot  (Sponsored by Citizens State Bank)

10:00 am - 11:00 am

  • Enter the "Largest Vegetable Contest"

11:00 am

  • Free Booya Soup (located inside Half-way Hall)
  • Free Milk donated by DJ's Mart

11:30 am

  • Pie Auction (Auction Located in front of Half-Way Hall)

Noon

  • Polka Music by Joanne Jacks (located in Half-Way Hall)

1:00 pm

  • 100 foot Banana Split - Free to the public; sponsored by the FFA Alumni.
  • Announcement of the “Largest Vegetable Contest Winners”

2:00 pm

  • Princess Booya Coronation (located in front of Half-Way Hall)

3:30 pm

  • 50/50 Bingo Cost is $1 per game (Located in Half-Way Hall)

8:00 pm

  • Street Dance sponsored by Last Call and Half-Way Bar
  • Music provided by “Full Circle”
